  • Individual – through a mixture of face-to-face meetings, email, telephone and Skype we provide bespoke support to individuals seeking to develop their career or make an effective transition into another role.
  • Group – our expert facilitators deliver group workshops designed to cater for all levels of staff that can be held either at our own training facilities or at our clients' premises. The workshops cover all the key issues and questions arising at times of job change or career transition.
  • Partnership – we engage with the Primary Client as an equal partner in the Career Transition relationship.
  • Self-managed – all our services and support are grounded on the premise of enhancing self-awareness and individuals taking personal responsibility for their career transition and development.
  • Development tools – we use a range of practical and well established psychological approaches and assessment instruments that focus on positive behaviour change and individual growth.
  • Management – we work in with managers to ensure they receive the appropriate level of support to lead and manage local change effectively.
