Integration – each exercise can be used as a stand-alone tool or as part of a broader Assessment Centre. We can also combine any of our exercises with psychometric tests to provide a richer insight and understanding as to what candidates will do and how well they will do it.
Reasonable Adjustments – reasonable adjustments and personalised accommodations can be made for candidates to ensure the exercises are fair to all.
Assessment – we can provide trained and experienced assessors to support the assessment or deliver in-house assessor training.
Feedback – all candidates receive personalised feedback reports, helping raise awareness of their strengths and potential to develop; helping to inform their Personal Development Plan (PDP) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
