In the modern day the idea of working for a single employer for life is no longer the norm. Organisations are much more dynamic, recognising the need to develop the careers of their people. Austerity measures have also led to transformational programmes which ultimately drive the need for roles to change and people to develop. Employees are also more likely to make career moves, want more job variety, and need to or choose to work for longer.

To support individuals to transition effectively through these environmental factors we have designed a comprehensive personal Career Transition Service that includes free to access diagnostic tools and guides, one-to-one support, and career opportunities.

We recognise that that every individuals needs are different, so our one-to-one Career Transition Support (CTS) is designed to reflect your personal experiences, aspirations and goals. Through our support we aim to give you the confidence to successfully manage your transition to a new employer and/or role.

Our Career Transition Support has been designed to offer maximum flexibility to meet your personal needs and so the support we offer ranges from targeted input on a specific issue to a more in-depth career development package.

Key to our support is the integration of our approach to Personal Development which is focussed on positive behaviour change and individual growth to enhance personal effectiveness. Building on the advice and guidance provided through our free to access self-assessment tools and practical guides, our one-to-one support can support you through any aspect of the career transition journey.

  • Identifying and understanding the personal drivers that will shape your future career decisions
  • Increasing your understanding of your skills, strengths and values to prepare you for the next step in your career
  • Creating a structured and personalised Career Plan to inform and support you through the transition
