Our Client Commitment & Support
For the duration of each client contract we assign a dedicated Client Manager. The Client Manager will be responsible for meeting with the clients nominated Lead after the initiation of the contract to establish any specific / local needs to make sure these are accounted for and incorporated into the content and delivery methods of our solution. Once delivery of our product or service commences, our Client Manager will be responsible for day-to-day liaison and management of the contract with the nominated Force Lead. The Client Manager will have ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of the solution.
